Your dentist will conduct a special investigation using x-rays and take some impressions and photographs of your teeth. You will then be seen for a review appointment where your treatment plan is discussed and then once you are happy with it, your custom-made aligners will be created.

The aligners are then manufactured for you. You must wear it for between 16 and 20 hours every day to ensure that the treatment will be completed within the assigned time-frame.
